PRIMARY OBJECTIVE To produce bakery product consistent with Hornbacher's standards. To contribute toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers.

NATURE AND SCOPE Primary challenge of this position is to ensure consistent product quality. This position requires training and experience in all aspects of retail baking. Decision making primary in prioritizing tasks to meet assigned production schedule. Position assumes department supervisory responsibilities as assigned or in absence of the Bakery Manager. Bulk of time spent on product preparation. Positions available at our Moorhead location.
